Detailed Problem Description
The document was created using static prompts and hence it was not showing the dropdown menu with options. It has to be changed to dynamic prompts:

1. Need to change the prompts from static to dynamic.
2. Need to check if the drop down is available after prompt change.
3. Need to place the report in BI development and inform NEC for promotion after successful validation.
